Nestled in the heart of Greenville, SC, Zen stands out as one of my all-time favorite wedding venues. It offers a unique blend of modern elegance and tranquil ambiance, making it the perfect setting for any couple looking to celebrate their love in style. Jessica and Andrew chose this incredible space to tie the knot, and their wedding day could not have been more perfect! From the heartfelt moments to the high-energy dance floor, their wedding at Zen was a fun-filled adventure that kept me on my toes and filled with so much joy all day long.
Zen is truly an oasis in the heart of downtown Greenville. While the city bustles just beyond its doors, stepping into this venue feels like entering a different world—one that radiates peace, elegance, and warmth. The intimate gardens, modern architecture, and thoughtfully designed spaces provide a stunning backdrop for any wedding celebration. Jessica and Andrew fell in love with Zen’s ambiance, and it was easy to see why.
Choosing Zen as the setting for your wedding is a decision you won’t regret. Every corner of this venue is designed to create an unforgettable experience for couples and their guests. Whether you’re dreaming of a sophisticated indoor reception or a romantic courtyard ceremony, Zen has something to offer. Here are some of my favorite highlights of this venue:
Zen seamlessly blends sleek, contemporary architecture with natural elements, creating a space that feels both sophisticated and inviting. Its clean lines, floor-to-ceiling windows, and stylish interior make for a one-of-a-kind wedding atmosphere that balances refinement with warmth.
One of Zen’s biggest strengths is its versatility. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, the venue adapts to your vision. The outdoor courtyard, with its tranquil water features and lush greenery, is perfect for heartfelt vows, while the indoor event spaces provide an ideal setting for an elegant reception.
As the sun sets, Zen truly comes alive. The venue’s built-in lighting transforms the space into a warm, glowing atmosphere that feels both intimate and grand. The modern yet neutral decor serves as a blank canvas, allowing couples to personalize their wedding with floral arrangements, hanging installations, or unique tablescapes.
Jessica and Andrew’s wedding was a perfect reflection of their love—joyful, stylish, and filled with unforgettable moments. From the moment I arrived, I knew it was going to be an incredible day. The couple’s excitement was contagious, and their attention to detail made every part of their wedding feel so intentional and meaningful.
Their ceremony was set against the stunning backdrop of Zen’s courtyard. The soft glow of string lights above them and the lush greenery surrounding them created a romantic, intimate feel. As Jessica walked down the aisle, all eyes were on her, and you could see the love and admiration in Andrew’s face. Their vows were personal and heartfelt, with just the right amount of laughter and tears.
After the ceremony, the celebration continued with a lively reception. Zen’s open-concept layout allowed for a seamless transition from cocktail hour to dinner and dancing. Guests enjoyed delicious food, heartfelt toasts, and a dance floor that stayed packed all night. The DJ kept the energy high, and one of my favorite moments was seeing Jessica and Andrew let loose and truly enjoy themselves with their friends and family.
As the night came to a close, the couple shared one last private dance under the soft glow of the venue’s lights. It was the perfect way to soak in the final moments of their wedding day before heading out into the night as newlyweds.
Jessica and Andrew’s wedding at Zen in Greenville, SC, was an absolute dream to capture. Their love, their people, and this stunning venue made for an unforgettable day. I am so excited to relive this amazing celebration with you on the blog today. Cheers to Jessica and Andrew as they embark on this beautiful journey together!

Emily and Scott’s Westin Poinsett wedding day was a disco-infused celebration of love. From start to finish, it was an unforgettable day. The historic charm of the venue set the perfect stage for this special occasion. I am beyond excited to share more with you about this incredible wedding!
As I’ve mentioned before, wedding photos are so much more than just posed pictures. Of course, the detailed timelines and posed photos are important, but it’s really about those in-between moments. After all, those candid, unexpected shots are often the ones that speak the loudest. This wedding day had so many of those moments that made my photographer heart so happy! Here are some of my favorite memories from Emily and Scott’s day:
WEDDING DAY HIGHLIGHTS
Hair & Makeup. First, Emily looked absolutely stunning and showed off her talents by doing her own hair and makeup. I absolutely love when my brides choose to go a little outside the box to make the day truly their own. It was such a special, personal touch that made her stand out even more.
The Flower Girl. But that wasn’t all. Emily also did the flower girl’s hair and makeup, and it was precious! The flower girl, who was the cutest mini-me of the bride, was a sight to behold. It was such a sweet and heartfelt moment that made the day even more memorable.
Outfit Change. Next, Emily’s surprise outfit change was nothing short of jaw-dropping. She completely stole the show, and the guests were in awe. Moreover, the reception vibe changed completely with her new look, adding to the energy of the night. If you’re thinking about switching up your look for the reception, keep scrolling for some major outfit inspiration. Emily truly rocked it!
Disco, Elton John. As the night went on, the dance floor came alive with energy. Suddenly, guests were transported to a boogie wonderland, filled with upbeat music and disco fever. The addition of Elton John hits and funky sunglasses set the tone for a night full of fun. Everyone channeled their inner rockstars, and it was a blast to watch!
Emily and Scott’s wedding day wasn’t just a wedding—it was a love story set to music. The disco-infused reception was such a fun reflection of their playful and adventurous spirits. Their joy and love for each other was evident in every moment of the day. Furthermore, the Westin Poinsett truly provided the best vibes, and everything came together perfectly. Without a doubt, Emily and Scott’s wedding will go down as one of the most magical celebrations filled with love, laughter, and lots of disco delight.
Cheers to the newlyweds! May your journey together be as groovy as your wedding day!
