Every year, Lake Conestee reminds me why it’s one of my favorite locations in the Upstate. As a Greenville Family Photographer, I love photographing families in a space that feels peaceful, natural, and timeless. The trails, tall trees, and soft golden light create the perfect backdrop.
In 2025, I hosted mini sessions at Lake Conestee in Greenville, SC. This season was extra special because I had the honor of serving 15 amazing families. Some were familiar faces that I’ve photographed before. Others were brand new to my camera. Either way, every session brought something unique and meaningful.
Mini sessions are short and sweet, but they still hold so much value. Kids can be themselves, parents can relax, and the session never feels overwhelming. Plus, Lake Conestee gives us plenty of space to move around. Therefore, it’s a great location for energetic little ones.
One of my favorite parts of this year was seeing how quickly families settled into the moment. At first, some kids were shy. However, once we started walking and laughing, their personalities came out. Those are always the moments that make the best images.
I also loved hearing feedback from families after they received their galleries. One review truly captured what these sessions are all about:
“Kayla was absolutely amazing. She gave us way more photos than she promised, and every single one was beautiful! She was so easy to work with and incredibly patient and understanding with my young, high energy boys. Somehow she got all of them to actually pay attention and captured the sweetest photos of our whole family! The turnaround time was super quick, and the entire experience felt effortless. We did a mini session and it was perfect for little kids who can’t focus for long. Such a fantastic experience, and I’m already looking forward to working with her again!”
That kind of experience is always my goal. I want your session to feel fun, easy, and stress-free. Most importantly, I want your photos to feel like you.
If you missed the 2025 Lake Conestee minis, don’t worry. I will be offering them again in 2026. Spots always go fast, so I recommend signing up early.
